Canada's Wonderland has absolutely the worst customer service, provided courtesy of their so-called 'Guest and Information Services' department. I purchased a ticket online but couldn't go this season so asked for a refund and was turned down flat. There was no indication that no refunds would be provided if for unforeseen reasons the ticket couldn't be used. The "Assistant Supervisor" informed me that it says so right on the ticket.
DUH!!!
It is ON the ticket...meaning you have to buy it first before you are told there are no refunds!!!
What a nickel and dime company!
